Shop Policies
How much is local shipping?
Local mail is complimentary, however it comes without a tracking number. If you would like tracking, please select registered article during checkout.
For original artwork, we use a door to door courier delivery service. A tracking number will be provided. Delivery will take 3 to 5 working days after item has been shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! All articles will be provided with tracking numbers.
We offer the following options at checkout:
DHL Express Mail (3-4 working days)
Priority Mail (8-14 working days)
Economy Mail (2-4 working weeks)
It may take longer during peak and holiday season. All shipping times are estimates and we cannot ensure that no delays would occur.
International buyers are responsible for any import taxes, custom duties, and/or fees imposed by their country's laws and regulations.
If your country is not listed in the shipping options, please email us.
Please always check for the latest updates on your country’s postal services as some countries might be experiencing delays due to the pandemic. Do only make a purchase if you are comfortable with any potential delays.
When will my parcel be dispatched?
Your parcel will be dispatched within 3 to 5 working days. This applies to both local and international mail. As it’s only one human bean running this ship, your patience is greatly appreciated!
What payment methods do you accept?
We only accept all major credit cards as a payment method. For international buyers, you may be charged international fees from your bank. We are working towards accepting Paypal and PayNow/Paylah for Singapore residents at the moment.
Can I stock your products in my store?
Yes, but we only do wholesale. We are unable to provide consignment. For inquiries, please email lulopaperstudio@gmail.com.
Are you a registered business?
Yes, we are a locally registered business with ACRA. Our business is based in Singapore.
Do you do personal commissions?
We have created custom work for clients in the past and accept such projects on a selective basis. Feel free to contact us if you would like to know more.
What do you use for packaging?
We are conscious of our environmental footprint. However, we take our packaging very seriously. For products that contain glass or are framed artworks, we have to use bubble wrap or packing peanuts for secure shipment. Do take note that we do re-use packaging, so your boxes may not look perfect on the outside (but what matters is the magic inside, right?).
What is your refund policy?
We take pride in making our products and are committed to sending them out as soon as possible. Unfortunately, as a small business, we are unable to issue refunds and all orders are final.
We are unable to process any refunds unless you have received a defective or damaged product. If so, please get in touch via email at lulopaperstudio@gmail.com within 7 days upon receiving the item.
Workshop Information
Where are your workshops held?
Our workshops are held at my home studio based in the North-East region of Singapore. The address will be given out 2 days before the workshop commences. As we are opening our homes up to new friends, we kindly request that you value our privacy and not disclose our location to anyone who is not attending our workshop.
I am unable to make it for your workshop.
We are terribly sorry to hear that. In such an event, we would need you to notify us 5 days beforehand. Our workshops are limited and we would like to offer the class to someone else.
Do you do company team bonding activities?
Yes, we are happy to provide fun team activities for your business. We are able to travel to your location. Please email us at lulopaperstudio@gmail.com for rates and more information.
Can you host a bridal shower party?
It would be our pleasure! We are able to design bridal themed craft parties for the bride and her tribe. Our small home studio can only go up to a maximum of 5 pax. If you would like for us to go to a location of your choice, we would be happy to do so! Get in touch with us.
We would like to have you for an event.
We are available for public engagement activities that range from event fringe activities to company dinners. We have experience catering for up to 300 pax.
