CANVAS/S Workshop

This 2D illustration workshop was designed in conjunction with my solo exhibition, CANVAS/S featuring Paper as a medium, at Woodlands Regional Library.

One of the goals of the exhibition was to give the public a chance at understanding the creative process behind paper art. Participants were invited to one of my classes to discover the fundamental techniques behind paper crafting. Throughout the workshop, demonstrations were presented for participants to learn how to work with precision and detail using proper cutting tools. They were guided with practical insights to create a 2D layered paper illustration. Each of them walked away with their own personal work of art.
